Heard an incredible homily on Maria Goretti today- great example of bravery and forgiveness- They said when she was going through the surgery she thought of Jesus’s pain on the cross and it gave her great comfort- may crack your top 3

Ah yes, she is an amazing one! Pretty much all the martyrs fascinate me with their heroic virtue and love. After the Holy Family and my Terrific Trio of constant guides and companions, it would be to arrange any sort of order for my other favorites.
